Site Operations Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager to lead our construction projects in Limerick.
Your new role will involve overseeing the coordination of subcontractors, managing control programs, and ensuring the successful completion of works on time. You must have experience working with main contractors in Ireland and supervising projects to tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers. Key responsibilities include:
- Site set-up planning and security management;
- Logistics management and deliveries;
- Traffic management;
- Effective sequencing of finishing trades to maximize quality and minimize reworking;
- Maintaining the site diary and daily log activities;
- Monitoring and controlling quality and work standards on site.
You will work closely with the Project Manager to adhere to the construction program. If you have 7+ years' experience in site management, preferably in healthcare, commercial, industrial, residential, or large fit-out projects, we encourage you to apply.
