Project Lead Role

The successful candidate will play a crucial part in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards while adhering to strict Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality protocols.

This role involves overseeing multiple sites and managing sub-contractors, engineering, and operational staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with various stakeholders.
  • Managing project design processes and collaborating closely with commercial teams.
  • Reinforcing Health & Safety cultures and striving for incident-free sites.

Requirements include:

  • Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in similar role within construction or civil engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management:

  • Take responsibility for successful delivery of the project through leadership, management, and technical expertise throughout the lifecycle.

Site Performance:

  • Plan weekly work programmes and produce weekly reports on project progress.

Financial Acumen:

  • Manage project finances to ensure alignment with budget and commercial objectives.

Communication and Teamwork:

  • Exhibit excellent spoken and written communication skills to foster clear interactions.

Problem-Solving:

  • Creative and resourceful in solving complex problems.
