Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the commercial performance of the contract is maximized.

\

Core Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Ensure the commercial performance of the contract is maximized\
  • Assist Project Manager in the successful delivery of projects\
  • Coordinate with works Foreman and Site engineers\
  • Deliver the project to specified quality without defects\
  • Ensure production and implementation of programmes, RAMS, Method statements, ITPs in line with Company procedures\
  • Lead daily white board meetings\
  • Assist with planning Procurement and liaising with the Procurement dept\
  • Production of monthly progress reports and present to senior management and Client\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

\

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in engineering and significant experience as a Site Agent or Senior Engineer. You should also have good understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.

  • Third level qualification in Engineering\
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Site Agent/Senior Engineer position\
  • Experience working with main contractor or subcontractor\
  • Good understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations\
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Project PowerPoint etc\
  • Excellent communication people and team management skills\
  • Ability to challenge designs and resolve problems to conclusion\
  • Ability to demonstrate right behaviours and lead team to ensure culture is in line with Company values\
