Aircraft Electrical Systems Maintenance Role

The maintenance team is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to perform electrical, electronic, and avionics systems maintenance on aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Electrical system inspections and maintenance of aircraft avionics systems
  • Troubleshooting and repair of aircraft electronics, including communication, navigation, radar, and autopilot systems
  • Pre-flight and post-flight inspections of electrical and avionics systems for airworthiness
  • Avionics modifications and upgrades in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and engineering documents for issue diagnosis
  • Maintenance documentation and logbooks recording all work performed
  • Collaboration with the flight crew to ensure proper avionics system operation
  • Calibration and testing of avionics instruments
  • Guidance of junior technicians in task completion
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards

The ideal candidate will possess a valid EASA Part 66 B2 License (or equivalent recognized by local aviation authorities) and extensive knowledge of aircraft electrical, electronics, and avionics systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Valid EASA Part 66 B2 License (or equivalent)
  • Extensive knowledge of aircraft electrical, electronics, and avionics systems
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft avionics maintenance or modifications
  • Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with avionics equipment
  • Ability to read complex wiring diagrams and technical manuals
  • Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
