We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Professional to join our team. This role is crucial in driving customer satisfaction, renewal, and growth within our existing client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with existing customers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring Centric's solutions meet their evolving needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, coordinating closely with customers to guarantee seamless integration of our solutions.
  • Manage the renewal process for assigned accounts, streamlining the experience and mitigating potential risks.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion by positioning additional solutions that cater to changing customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales to execute on growth initiatives within the account base.
Requirements
  • Bilingual fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar field, preferably with SaaS/enterprise software clients.
  • Demonstrated success in managing renewals and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
