Job Title: Senior Chef de Partie

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our team in the kitchen of our Hotel and Golf Club. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every dish served meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Educate yourself on seasonal Irish food and incorporate it into menus.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating attention to detail and a passion for cooking.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to HACCP and Food Safety Regulations.
  • Work efficiently under pressure to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in similar establishments with Banqueting and Fine Dining facilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HACCP protocols and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and evenings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of recognized culinary qualifications.
