Job Title: Senior Chef de Partie

We are seeking an experienced and skilled culinary professional to join our team at Faithlegg House Hotel.

The Role:

  • Serve seasonal Irish cuisine in a busy hotel and golf club environment.
  • Efficiently manage your section to maintain high standards within the agreed timeframe.
  • Demonstrate a passion for food, particularly starters, with a flair for creating exceptional dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work varying shifts and up to 5 days per week in the kitchen department.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and Food Safety Regulations, documenting all necessary information.
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with colleagues to provide a professional, friendly, and courteous service.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience within the industry, preferably in operations with banqueting and fine dining.
  • Proven track record of experience in a similar establishment renowned for good food, focusing on seasonality, Irish origin, and respect for ingredients.
  • Standards-driven, with a focus on consistency and quality.
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including daytime, weekends, and evenings.
  • Good knowledge of HACCP and recognised qualification essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Own transport advantageous.
