Environmental Engineering Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director – Civil and Environmental Engineering to join our team in Cork, Dublin or Carlow. This role involves overseeing civil and environmental design teams, developing new business opportunities, mentoring team members, creating technical reports and tender documentation, collaborating with Project Owners, ensuring quality assurance and safety compliance, and coordinating among team members for deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or related field.">
  • Chartered Engineer status.">
  • At least 15 years of design and project leadership experience.">
  • Proven multi-disciplinary design management skills.">
  • Stakeholder management experience.">
  • Track record of business growth.">
  • Budget management skills.">
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.">
  • Collaborative and adaptable approach.">
  • Problem-solving mindset and self-motivation.">
  • Valid full driving license.">
  • Experience with Oral Hearings is desirable.">
