Job Title: Residential Service Manager

Leadership Opportunity with Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to oversee the launch of a brand-new residential service for adults with intellectual disabilities in Kilkenny, Ireland.

This new service is part of a national network focused on inclusion, social justice, and person-centred care. The service will offer a blend of residential life-sharing, day programmes, and tailored support for adults with varying needs, all within a supportive community environment.

About the Role

  • Overall responsibility for operational, regulatory, and quality aspects of the service.
  • Leadership of a multidisciplinary team to achieve service goals and objectives.
  • Maintenance of HIQA compliance and strong safeguarding procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Supervision and support of team leads and frontline staff to promote excellence in practice.
  • Regular reporting to the Senior Management Team to inform strategic decision-making.

About the Service

The service will provide a range of supports for adults with intellectual disabilities, including residential care, day programmes, and tailored support plans. Our aim is to create a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment that promotes the well-being and independence of our residents.
