Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic professionals to join a team of social and care staff in supporting adults towards independent living and community integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting individuals with physical/ intellectual disabilities, autism, and other support needs in a community-based environment
  • Developing and implementing person-centred care plans
  • Fostering strong relationships with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum Level 7 on the QQI Framework or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care
  • 1 year's experience of working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of legislation protecting vulnerable adults
  • A full, clean manual driver's license and own car availability
