Senior Social Care Lead Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Care Lead to lead a team of social care professionals in providing exceptional care for vulnerable children.

  • The successful candidate will have a minimum QQI Level 7 qualification in social care and hold or be enrolled in a management qualification suitable for a health or social care setting, with at least 4 years' full-time work experience in a children's residential care setting post-qualification.
  • Alternatively, the manager may hold a QQI Level 8 qualification in social care with 3 years' post-qualification work experience in a children's residential care setting.
  • A full clean driver's license is preferred.
Your Key Responsibilities:

* Provide strategic leadership to a team of social care professionals

* Develop and implement care plans for separated children seeking international protection

* Foster collaborative relationships with other organizations to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

* Minimum QQI Level 7 qualification in social care

* Management qualification suitable for a health or social care setting

* At least 4 years' full-time work experience in a children's residential care setting post-qualification
