Job Overview

The opportunity to lead HR and Payroll solutions is now available. As an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering scalable, compliant, and user-centric technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of HRIS and Payroll implementation projects from planning through post-go-live support.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory timelines, internal controls, and business objectives.
  • Lead risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Stakeholder Engagement & Team Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between HR, IT, Finance, Compliance, and external vendors.
  • Work alongside business SMEs to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements, define priorities, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.

HRIS Functional & Technical Oversight
  • Oversee system configuration, data migration, and integrations with payroll, benefits, and financial systems.
  • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring test coverage aligns with regulatory and operational needs.

Governance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure all project activities adhere to internal audit, data privacy, and regulations.
  • Apply structured project methodologies and adapt based on project complexity and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Essential skills: excellent client-facing skills, people management skills, team work and emotional intelligence.

Experience:
  • HRIS and Payroll experience e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors or similar.
  • Proven experience in implementing, upgrading, or migrating payroll and HR systems.
