Cleaning Operations Supervisor

As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily operations and lead the cleaning team on-site. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all areas are maintained to high cleanliness standards.
Key duties include:
- Planning and managing staff schedules to guarantee full coverage during absences or holidays
- Maintaining high cleanliness standards across all areas and ensuring audit readiness
- Acting as the main point of contact for all DOC-related issues
- Monitoring stock, equipment, and cleaning materials
- Reporting and resolving faults
You will also conduct regular team meetings, performance appraisals, training sessions, and staff development activities. A successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a deep understanding of GMP standards. They should also demonstrate organizational planning and multitasking abilities, as well as a focus on customer satisfaction.
