Job Title: Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Manager

Job Description:

This is a challenging opportunity to lead the development of health, safety, quality, and environmental management systems across various operations.

  • Create and implement integrated HSEQ policies, procedures, and standards in line with relevant ISO standards and industry best practices.
  • Develop and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Liaise with operational teams to provide guidance on HSEQ matters and support the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all HSEQ-related activities, including incident reports, near-miss investigations, and training programs.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing HSEQ management systems that meet international standards.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with health, safety, quality, and environment.
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and ensuring that recommendations are implemented promptly.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate documentation of all HSEQ-related activities, including incident reports, near-miss investigations, and training programs.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Health and Safety, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or Lead Auditor.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HSEQ management role, preferably in infrastructure or operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive results.
