Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for implementing EHS programs at specific Microsoft Data Centers within the region. Be accountable for EHS performance metrics and the implementation of annual improvement plans. Periodically inspect, audit, and review safe work practices to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Conduct workplace risk and exposure assessments for various hazards. Support incident investigations and root cause analyses to identify, communicate, and implement corrective and preventive actions globally. Conduct and deliver regulatory training programs to meet EHS requirements. Embody our culture and values. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field AND 4+ years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety with worldwide regulations OR equivalent experience. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field AND 8+ years of EHS experience with worldwide regulations OR Master's Degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field AND 6+ years of EHS experience with worldwide regulations OR Equivalent experience.
