We're Hiring: Multiple EHS Roles in Dublin & Waterford

We're hiring for three exciting Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) roles across two leading manufacturing companies in Ireland — one in medical devices and the other in electronics manufacturing.

EHS Engineer – Waterford (12-Month Contract | Onsite | Medical Device Sector)

Join a dynamic team driving safety excellence in a GMP-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct JSAs, risk assessments, and machine safety evaluations.
Provide EHS input on new projects, equipment, and facility design.
Lead investigations into incidents and drive corrective actions.
Develop and implement occupational health and process safety programs.
Deliver EHS training and promote a proactive safety culture.
Ensure compliance with GMP and national/EU safety legislation.

Requirements:

Degree in Automation, Electrical, or Process Engineering.
Level 6 H&S qualification or Tech IOSH certification.
3–5 years' experience in a GMP environment (medtech/pharma preferred).

Be the frontline guardian of safety on a high-tech manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all site health, safety, and environmental activities.
Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
Maintain compliance with Irish EHS legislation and internal policies.
Deliver EHS training and support emergency preparedness.
Liaise with contractors and ensure documentation is up to date.
Drive continuous improvement in safety culture and performance.
Support internal audits and construction-related EHS oversight.

Requirements:

Qualification in Health & Safety (or equivalent experience).
1–2 years' EHS experience in a manufacturing setting.
Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

EHS Engineer – Dublin (Permanent | Mon–Fri | Electronics Manufacturing)

Take the lead on strategic EHS initiatives across a global electronics operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
Develop and maintain ISO 14001 & 45001 systems (non-negotiable).
Manage site permits, regulatory reporting, and compliance programs.
Collaborate with engineering teams on process safety and equipment design.
Deliver employee training and awareness programs.
Support global EHS initiatives and customer-specific requirements.
Mentor teams and drive continuous improvement in EHS performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3–5 years' experience in Health/Safety Engineering.
Strong knowledge of Irish and international EHS regulations.
