Residential Block Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Block Manager to join our team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for property management to take on a key role in the smooth and efficient management of residential apartment blocks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential apartment blocks, ensuring that all aspects of property management are handled effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction, increase rental income, and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Manage relationships with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor building conditions, identify potential problems, and implement repairs and maintenance as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as property management, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing residential apartment blocks, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and customer service.
