Transformative Role in Property Management

Are you a seasoned property manager with expertise in block operations and management? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional results and driving growth in the real estate sector?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Site Property Manager – Apartment Block Operations. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of apartment blocks, ensuring they are managed efficiently and effectively.

The role requires a strong understanding of property management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be working closely with external service providers, internal teams, and contractors to deliver high-quality results and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing and coordinating the activities of external service providers and internal teams to ensure smooth operation of apartment blocks.
  • Providing operational advice and guidance to internal teams to support the delivery of cost rental apartment blocks.
  • Reviewing and advising on development proposals and future schemes from a block operations perspective.
  • Conducting site assessments to identify any potential issues that may impact apartment block operations.
  • Appointing and overseeing external service providers to manage the operations of LDA cost rental apartment blocks.
  • Providing oversight and support in respect of initial block operations set up and mobilisation.
  • Ensuring statutory compliance in respect of planning, health and safety, building regulations, and other applicable legislation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in block property/facility management.
  • Ideal PSR Category D license holder.
  • Professional body membership desired (e.g., SCSI) with pathway identified to Chartered/full member status.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Understanding of title and OMC company and legal documents.
  • Broad knowledge of general property management skills across varying markets.
  • Good technical proficiency to enable effective communication with relevant personnel.
