As a senior property management professional, you will oversee the administration of residential developments and lead a team to deliver exceptional results. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in property management, customer service, and leadership to drive success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential developments, ensuring smooth management and administration.
- Manage client queries and respond to correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Review and manage credit control issues, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients.
- Liaise with the Operations Department to coordinate work required on each development.
- Collaborate with the Accounts department to ensure audited accounts are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with the Senior Office Administrator to implement insurance policies and claims procedures.
- Complete requests for membership certificates and letters of indemnity in a prompt and professional manner.
- Prepare reports for clients and senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Attend AGMs and other meetings as required, representing the company with confidence and professionalism.
- Operate and monitor SLAs for Management Companies, ensuring compliance and delivering results.
- Conduct site visits and maintain full knowledge of the site, including its history, challenges, and opportunities.
- Implement project work with the Project Manager, driving projects forward and achieving successful outcomes.
- Prepare budgets and oversee expenditure control, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Coordinate activities and direct work to support staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Monitor work to ensure quality and completion according to schedule, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
- Represent the company at Board of Directors/Developers meetings, providing strategic input and guidance.
- Review goals and objectives to resolve problems and make recommendations for improvement, driving business growth and success.
Requirements
- Hold a PSRA licence or confirmed eligibility, demonstrating a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Be degree-qualified with proven management experience in property, showcasing expertise and leadership skills.
- Have at least 3 years' experience in a management role with strong office systems, budgeting, finance, and operations experience, highlighting achievements and accomplishments.
- Demonstrate leadership, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Be familiar with MUD legislation, staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
