We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to join our property management team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, including the use of LetMan and Microsoft Office Suite, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to the team, including the coordination of maintenance requests, handling tenant and landlord queries, and maintaining accurate records. • Utilize LetMan and Microsoft Office Suite to manage portfolios of managed properties and perform administrative tasks efficiently. • Develop strong relationships with tenants and landlords through effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Participate in property inspections and maintain detailed records of inspection results. • Oversee dedicated property portfolios in a job-share capacity, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines. • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives. • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve administrative processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using property management software. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and landlords. • Ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team. • Previous experience in property management or a related field is an asset, but not essential.
