Norwegian Speaking Technical Support Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Norwegian-speaking Technical Support Associate to join our team. As a Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and emails professionally, providing first-level troubleshooting and resolving customer issues across the product range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolve customer issues by asking targeted questions
  • Document complaints and inquiries according to company guidelines
  • Communicate investigation outcomes to customers via phone and in writing
  • Manage and prioritize group mailboxes to ensure timely responses

Requirements

  • 3rd Level Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline (science, biomedical, medical transcription, healthcare, nursing, engineering desirable)
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
  • Desirable: Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical/clinical environment or a customer-facing support role
