Senior Accountant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to take on a leadership role in managing financial processes and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage monthly and quarterly management accounts, as well as year-end statutory accounts that require no audit.
  • Support clients in implementing efficient financial control systems and ensure compliance with company secretarial requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on adopting best practices through technology to enhance efficiency and drive growth.
  • Develop proficiency in various accounting software programs (Surf, Receipt Bank, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) to recommend suitable packages and tools to clients.
  • Contribute to our firm's accounting technology strategy and oversee the implementation of new accounting solutions.
  • Manage internal administrative tasks, including timesheets and invoicing.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA/CPA Qualified Accountant or Accounting Technician.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience with a strong background in management accounting and technology.
  • Familiarity with accounting software packages such as Relate, MicroPay, Surf, Receipt Bank, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar.
