The role of a Deputy Chairman is pivotal in the functioning of the Court, overseeing divisions and ensuring cases are heard and determined fairly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include managing caseloads, achieving targets, and resolving industrial disputes. The ideal candidate should possess leadership experience, extensive knowledge of industrial relations, and employment legislation expertise.

As a Senior Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing divisions to achieve targets and ensure fair and efficient case disposal
  • Resolving significant industrial disputes and providing guidance on employment law
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve court operations and efficiency
