Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Legal Counsel to join our dynamic and ambitious in-house legal team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial legal matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, technology agreements, intellectual property advice, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An excellent academic record and significant experience gained either in a reputable law firm and/or in-house.
  • A strong team player with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a self-starting approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrable commitment to the attributes of our highest performing teams – focus on results, accepts accountability, committed, embraces healthy conflict, builds trust.
  • Ability to lead, provide a view, take responsibility and ownership of issues, including an ability to take difficult decisions and provide substantiated arguments.
