Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring that all services are delivered in line with contractual obligations and meeting set KPI targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management or related services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily facilities operations, including vendor service delivery and contract management
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on facilities performance
  • Develop and implement plans to improve facilities efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in facilities management or related services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
