Job Title:

Engineering Leadership Role

This is a challenging engineering leadership position for someone who wants to take their career to the next level. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our medical devices.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills and experience in product development, with a focus on metals and catheter design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify solutions to meet product performance requirements while minimizing costs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead R&D Lifecycle Management activities for our portfolio of medical devices
  • Collaborate with design engineers to develop cost-effective solutions that meet product performance requirements
  • Provide technical leadership and ownership of critical technical tasks in product development projects
  • Identify and manage technical risks across projects

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Expert understanding of disease states and ability to generate creative product solutions
  • Strong metals and catheter design, development, and technical skills based on fundamental engineering principles
  • Experience with Medical Devices, cardiovascular, or neurovascular implants or instruments
