Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage technical expertise to drive innovation and project management across departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, execute and deliver new product development requirements.
  • Provide leadership in manufacturing technology innovation strategy and assess risks associated with existing processes and technologies.
  • Develop and implement strategic goals aligned with business unit objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a third-level degree or higher in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline. You should possess excellent project management skills and experience coordinating complex process characterizations and equipment across teams.

A strong understanding of engineering principles and concepts is essential, as well as experience with design for six sigma, CAD, statistical techniques and process validation. Fluency in English and good communication skills are also required.
