Electrical Professionals Wanted

We are seeking skilled Electrical professionals to join our team in delivering work programmes as part of our Net Zero by 2040 Strategy.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working in the electrical industry and have a strong desire to contribute to Ireland's transition to a net-zero carbon future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work across all voltage levels: High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV), and Low Voltage (LV)
  • Construct, maintain, and repair HV and MV substations
  • Operate HV, MV, and LV systems safely and competently
  • Perform work on live equipment in accordance with Live Work Procedures
  • Participate in On Call and Standby duties
  • Climb poles and masts as part of overhead line work
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • QQI Advanced Level 6 Electrical Trade Certificate or equivalent qualifications recognised by SOLAS
  • Full clean, Category B, Driving Licence
  • Ability to locate and identify underground cables
  • Comfortable with working from heights
  • Safe Pass certification
  • Manual Handling and Basic First Aid training
  • Relevant work approvals
