Privileged Access Management Role

Our technology department seeks a Technical Specialist to administer Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. This role is ideal for a mid-level technologist with PAM experience, who can operate independently on PAM processes and contribute to service planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily operational administration of the PAM environment, handling routine technical issues independently.
  • Monitor and respond to alerts generated by PAM solutions.
  • Deliver the PAM service in line with the strategic roadmap.
  • Assist with configuration, deployment, and maintenance of PAM solution components.
  • Support version upgrades, patching, and maintenance of the environment.
  • Manage and execute routine change activities.
  • Participate in regular Disaster Recovery (DR) and Failover testing.
  • Contribute to automation opportunities within PAM operations.
  • Support team members and act as a technical resource.
  • Maintain quality documentation.
  • Collaborate with senior technical resources and other departments.
  • Participate in PAM forum meetings.
  • Adhere to risk management programs and security policies.
  • Support Audit and Governance requirements for PAM.
  • Participate in Critical Incident Response for major incidents.
Requirements
  • You should have a third-level qualification in Information Security or IT, or equivalent experience.
  • You should have at least five years' experience in an IT Security role, with hands-on experience in PAM or cybersecurity operations.
  • You should have working experience with PAM Solutions (e.g., CyberArk).
  • You should have good troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues independently.
  • You should have experience with Network and Endpoint Defence strategies.
  • You should be able to collaborate with vendors and stakeholders.
  • You should have familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
  • You should have knowledge of information security and risk control frameworks.
  • Recognized certifications are desired (e.g., Security +, CISSP).
