We are seeking a Technical Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description

This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with the Transfer Agency and Client Services Departments and other key stakeholders to deliver a robust AML service. The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior staff, reviewing their work and developing training plans. They will also respond to internal and external inquiries related to AML requirements for investors and review procedural requirements to recommend changes where applicable. Additionally, they will develop training materials and lead training within the department, interact with committees and/or Senior Management as required, resolve problems, identify solutions, and establish new techniques to meet objectives, and impact the quality of tasks and services provided by the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with partners.
  • Technical skills/systems knowledge (e.g., Microsoft and Peoplesoft) preferred.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations through education or experience; Irish, UK, or Cayman regulations desirable.
  • Analytical and communication skills to analyze and summarize information.
  • Leadership and organizational skills to prioritize, provide feedback, and coordinate compliance activities.
  • Understanding of how duties relate to others in the team and organization integrations.
  • Day-to-day supervision of a team, including coaching, coordinating activities, and monitoring quality.
  • Knowledge of AML, CIP, EDD, and KYC regulatory requirements.
