Duties and Responsibilities

This role involves leading the development and commercialization of thermally conductive polymers. As a subject matter expert in polymer materials development, you will work closely with subcontract manufacturers, research organizations, and industrial suppliers.

  • Lead the development and commercialization of thermally conductive polymers
  • Act as a subject matter expert in polymer materials development

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with polymer materials or project management in an advanced materials setting
  • A degree in mechanical, manufacturing, polymer, chemical engineering, or a similar field
  • In-depth knowledge of polymer processing, particularly injection moulding and extrusion
  • Demonstrable knowledge of polymer compounding on an industrial scale
  • Experience in project management
