The RoleThe Credit Controller will handle a wide range of credit control and administrative tasks, including:

- Providing excellent customer service.
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of loan payments.
- Identifying and resolving issues with loan repayments.
- Relevant professional qualification or experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a financial services organisation.
