We are seeking a compassionate and skilled caregiver to deliver high-quality care to residents with complex needs.
- Provide person-centered care to residents with tracheostomies, IV fluids/antibiotics, complex wounds, and subcutaneous fluids.
- Work collaboratively with the medical team, including CNMs, Staff Nurses, Health Care Assistants, and Multi-task Attendants.
- Support Allied Health Services, such as Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech and Language Therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care to residents with varying complex needs.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a nurse with the relevant regulatory body.
- Relevant experience in gerontological nursing or palliative care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a dynamic team.
