Lead AD & SB Compliance Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Technical Services department as a Lead AD & SB Compliance Specialist. We are looking for a highly skilled professional to ensure compliance with Airworthiness Directives (AD) and mandatory Service Bulletins (SB) for our fleet of aircraft.

The Role:
  • Identify AD and SB requirements applicable to the group fleet, assessing their impact on operational efficiency and safety standards.
  • Oversight of the AD implementation process – from initial review to final sign off and compliance verification.
  • Support the AD & SB Review Manager by leading a team of AD & SB engineers and their responsibilities, providing guidance on technical procedures and best practices.
  • Draft and update of AD and SB related handbook and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Chair monthly and quarterly group AD Committee Meetings with senior management, facilitating discussion and decision-making on critical AD and SB matters.
  • Act as deputy of the AD & SB Manager for all AD and SB related matters when required, providing expert advice and support.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within a similar role in an airline, demonstrating expertise in AD and SB compliance.
  • A strong familiarity with Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and other Service Information provided by OEMs, including Boeing 737NG, 737-8200, and Airbus A320.
  • Understanding of EASA Part M, Part CAMO, and Part 145 rules, with ability to apply them in practical scenarios.
