Job Title: Gen AI Annotator

We are seeking highly detail-oriented candidates for the role of Gen AI Annotator. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and is client-orientated, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive, and motivated to take charge of developing and improving AI Large Language Models (LLMs).

  • The Gen AI Annotators will be responsible for annotating English data accurately and consistently, following predefined annotation guidelines.

For this position, we require a strong aptitude for working with data and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility, analytical thinking, and the ability to understand and interpret large datasets are also essential qualities for success.

Apart from technical requirements, our ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and team-working skills. This includes being able to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple activities simultaneously, and execute decisions with judgment and discretion.

The successful candidate will be flexible and innovative, with a strong performance ethos and personal commitment to achieving outstanding customer performance. They will have a good understanding of common social norms, including social dynamics, social media, and popular culture.

They will need to reference online resources, rephrase, and write cohesive, accurate, responsive, and sometimes empathetic answers to prompts in the perspective of a LLM. Experience of data and trend analysis, and insights, is also desirable.

Besides these requirements, they should be able to develop and implement various initiatives, while maintaining flexibility in a constantly changing environment.

Key Requirements:
  • High Proficiency in English – C1 Level minimum as per the CEFR.
  • Education background: Degree Level 7 & above.
  • Understanding common social norms (Social dynamics, social media, popular culture).
  • Ability to efficiently work to specified project delivery deadlines.
  • Communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be a good team player.
  • Flexible and innovative.
