We are seeking a seasoned Senior Facilities Manager to lead our site’s facilities operations, ensuring optimal working conditions and compliance with cGMP standards. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a key player in maintaining our facility's high standards.

About the Role

">

The Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance, including HVAC systems, electrical services, and cleanroom qualification. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our site meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

">
  • Lead the facility maintenance team to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities;">
  • Oversee the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize production capacity;">
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies;">
  • Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to negotiate service agreements and optimize costs;">
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, developing strategies to address these areas;">
  • Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance activities, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness;">
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities with other departments to minimize disruptions to production;">
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the facility maintenance team;">
  • Assist in the design and development of new facilities and equipment, providing input on operational feasibility and cost-effectiveness;">
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;">
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment;">
  • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously;">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels;">
  • Familiarity with SAP, Master Control, or similar systems and databases;">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer-service orientation;">
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;">
  • Basic understanding of injection molding processes and quality control principles.
