We are currently seeking an experienced sales expert to lead our construction and home energy sales efforts in Kerry, Cork, and Limerick counties.

This role involves driving our sales efforts and engaging with customers to capitalize on leads provided by SEAI. As a seasoned sales specialist, you will excel in closing deals, offering expert guidance to property owners, and assisting with grant applications and finance options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on home energy assessments, insulation options, grants, and financing.
  • Oversee projects from consultation to follow-up BER assessments.
  • Conduct site visits, including attic and wall inspections.
  • Provide information for SEAI grants.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar construction sales setting.
  • Strong knowledge in insulation techniques and construction practices.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
