Sustainability Specialist

Role Overview
This position plays a vital role in Analog Devices' Product Stewardship Program, focusing on the evaluation of materials and substances used in the manufacture of integrated circuit products.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in chemical, electronic engineering, and manufacturing principles, as well as knowledge of regional and global regulatory requirements applied to materials and products in the electronic industry.
- Support internal cross-functional groups in substance, material, and product compliance reviews, providing expert guidance on regulatory landscapes.
- Apply US and EU-based regulations to drive continuous program improvements, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Engage with industry working groups on current and future substances of concern and regulatory topics, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Translate applicable regulatory requirements into actionable insights, communicating these effectively throughout ADI's supply chain.
- Provide technical support for customer inquiries, generating reports on product compliance and mineral sourcing using industry-standard formats.
- Validate regulatory compliance with suppliers, driving improvements through data analysis and metric tracking.
Key Qualifications:
- Environmental or related engineering discipline degree (B.S minimum).
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing, with proficiency in data analysis, issue resolution, and communication/presentation skills.
- Knowledge and prior experience with EU European and Circular Economy Directives.
- Fluent spoken and written English, with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
