Job Description:

As a Sr. Operations Technician, you will play a pivotal role in driving business objectives for the manufacturing facility.

This position operates within a cross-functional operations team and is integral to support routine commercial manufacture while adhering to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and update operational/maintenance SOP's, and batch manufacturing records.
  2. Assist in the development of maintenance and calibration routines to ensure all manufacturing and utility equipment is maintained according to manufacturer specifications.
  3. Perform preventative maintenance and calibration schedules on all manufacturing and service equipment as specified in maintenance procedures.
  4. Manufacture, fill, and package products as required by the business.
  5. Complete batch records accurately and efficiently.
  6. Keep accurate records of calibrations/maintenance/preventative maintenance and traceability.
  7. Accurately follow maintenance and production schedules.
  8. Undertake further training as required to enhance skills.
  9. Collaborate with Quality Control and Quality Assurance departments to ensure that all production, maintenance, and calibration are in compliance with GMP directives.
  10. Lead the training, retraining, and cross-training of fellow Operations Technicians/Manufacturing Associates on the setup and operation of all machines and equipment.
  11. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  12. Provide support for the receipt of material from suppliers into the warehouse, including sampling and securing of said material.
  13. Support the shipment of product to various distributors.
