Marketing Manager Position

">Job Description

This role supports business growth ambitions by developing and implementing marketing initiatives that strengthen relationships, drive brand profile, and support revenue growth in line with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop annual integrated marketing plans to deliver strategic business objectives across reputation, relationships, and revenue.
  • Drive client event programs, including alumni events, hospitality, and industry marketing events, ensuring representation at external events for the firm.
  • Custodian of brand management activities, working with the Creative team and Markets team to ensure consistent representation of EY Brand values and identity.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to leverage best practices for EY across digital channels, implement annual brand-building activities, optimize digital and social activities, and ensure a digital-first marketing approach.
  • Manage reporting and analytics for Marketing activities in the region, ensuring tracking, data management, and ROI metrics are in place.
  • Work with the Thought Leadership team to drive the annual content program for sector and solution specialists, optimizing channels to develop Partners as subject matter experts and thought leaders in the market.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • A degree in Marketing or a business-related degree; or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years' experience in marketing management in a large corporate environment, preferably professional services
  • Experience of working in large/matrix organisations, balancing multiple stakeholder requirements
  • Time and project management skills – highly organized with attention to detail and ability to deliver to deadlines
  • A strong track record of strategic marketing campaigns and event management
  • Solid experience in leveraging digital and social media to maximize campaigns
  • A can-do approach and a strong team player
  • The ability to juggle conflicting demands on time and prioritize effectively
