We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Content Reviewers in Dublin. As a Content Reviewer, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving reported issues related to content on our social media platform.
Main Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve reported issues, including account support requests and potential abuse of content
- Enforce client terms of use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site
- Stay up-to-date with client products and community standards
- Analyse market-specific data to develop solutions that improve user experience
- Escalate issues outside company policy to the global team
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements
Key Skills & Competences:
- Strong personal resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy
- High adaptability and positive approach to challenges
- Ability to make decisions, prioritise, solve problems and work as part of a team
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to consistently meet KPIs
Language Skills:
- Fluent in Dutch, Danish or Estonian (C1-C2 level) in oral and written communication, with a deep understanding of culture and social trends
- Advanced English language skills (C1 level)
Working Hours:
- Day shift: 9am-5:30pm
- Evening shift: 6pm-2am
