Business Growth Specialist

The Business Growth Specialist will play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within Ireland & UK, to drive profitable and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business accounts within Ireland & UK, to exhaust all potential opportunities.
  • Manage established UK accounts by enhancing their growth and identifying new avenues for expansion.
  • Identify new direct business opportunities, manage their activity, and ensure delivery of sustained growth and profitability.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and present proposals for new business development to senior management.
  • Present regular reports on progress to the Head of Commercial, ensuring open communication on any changes or updates.
  • Ensure KPI management in respect of agreed targets.
  • Validate new potential sales opportunities with credit control before engagement, with costings positively released by the Financial Controller and Head of Commercial.
  • Manage price increases through close consultation with the Procurement Manager, Financial Controller, and Head of Commercial.
  • Familiar with research in identifying consumer needs and behaviors in the ingredients landscape.
  • Act as the link between customers and R&D, and other technical support functions within the business.
  • Represent the company at trade shows such as the F.I.E when required.
  • Manage product delists with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring costs are managed diligently with no exposures.
  • Coordinate product development activities, providing technical updates to customers through workshops when applicable.
  • Present technical reports on new product launches and generate updates on product development for management and customers.
