Job Title: Senior Construction Project Coordinator

A highly experienced and skilled senior construction project coordinator is required to oversee the successful completion of a large-scale construction project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

  • Coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and control programmes to achieve project objectives.
  • Prepare and chair site meetings, as well as compile and disseminate project information.
  • Foster effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Plan and manage site logistics, deliveries, and traffic management.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  2. Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, and resolutions.
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as environmental best practices.
  4. Liaise with design teams on construction issues and raise RFIs as necessary.
  5. Collaborate with the project manager to maximize quality, minimize rework, and ensure adherence to the construction programme.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in project coordination or a related field.
