Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Regional Team Leader to drive the success of our content moderation team. In this role, you will prioritize and enforce regional content moderation strategies, fostering operational health, strategic execution, and team performance among P&E analysts tasked with mitigating emerging platform risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a regional team of P&E analysts, including workload distribution, mentorship, and professional development to ensure high standards of execution and growth.
  • Set clear goals and monitor performance metrics, providing coaching and guidance to team members to achieve outstanding results.
  • Cultivate an inclusive and resilient team culture that promotes sustainability and collaboration.
  • Oversee regional sweeps and trend investigations, ensuring timely and effective mitigation work is executed.
  • Drive process improvements and workflow refinements to enhance efficiency and automation adoption.
  • Act as a regional point of contact for policy, product, and other stakeholders in coordinated enforcement efforts or business needs.
Requirements:
  • A minimum 5 years of experience in trust & safety or risk management, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership or mentorship role.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver under pressure in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking and operational acumen, with experience using data to inform performance and guide decisions.
  • Deep understanding of content moderation systems, enforcement tools, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with cross-functional partners (e.g., policy, product, operations).
