Are you looking for a challenging role that requires strong personal resilience and adaptability?

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Content Moderators.

Your key responsibilities will include investigating and resolving reported issues, enforcing clients' Terms of Use, and becoming knowledgeable about client products and community standards.

You will also use market-specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users, gather and analyze data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience, and recognize trends and patterns to escalate issues outside company policy.

Apart from these responsibilities, you will identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions. You must be able to operate in a pressured and fast-paced environment and have strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy.

We offer a competitive salary, private healthcare, pension contribution, 25 days of annual leave, extensive training, and access to our wellness program. Our working hours are fixed between 9:00am - 5:30pm or 6:00pm – 2:00am Monday to Friday with occasional weekends and bank holidays.

This is an office job, and work from home/remote work is not an option due to the nature of the role. Employees are classified as essential workers.

Candidates must be fully confident in dealing with sensitive content and eligible to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport / Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G for minimum 12 months or renewable).
