Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Content Reviewer to join our team. As a key member of our content review process, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our social media content.

Your expertise in Hungarian language and culture will be invaluable in reviewing and moderating content for accuracy, relevance, and adherence to community standards.

  • Investigating and resolving reported issues
  • Enforcing clients' Terms of Use
  • Staying up-to-date on client products and community standards

You will also utilize market-specific knowledge and insights to develop scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong personal resilience, interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy. You should be highly adaptable, able to make decisions, prioritize tasks, and work effectively as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in Hungarian on a near-native level (C1-C2) in oral and written communication, with a deep understanding of culture and social trends in the region. An advanced level of English (C1) is also required.

Working Arrangements

You will work a standard day shift (9:00am to 5:30pm) or evening shift (6pm – 2am), Monday to Friday, occasionally weekends and bank holidays. This is an office job, and remote work is not an option.
