Healthcare Support Professional

This role involves providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals in need. As a Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and mobility issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Contribute to creating a safe and comfortable environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Relevant healthcare qualification (QQI Level 5 or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
