About This Position
- As a Claims Handler, you will be the first point of contact for customers with claims and ensure all necessary details are captured at notification stage.
- You will complete initial investigations, confirm indemnity and liability, and instruct Service Providers when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for clients with claims queries.
- Ensure accurate capture of essential claim information.
- Conduct thorough initial investigations and determine indemnity and liability.
- Coordinate with external service providers as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in claims handling is required.
- Previous experience in First Notification claims handling is an asset.
- APA qualification is mandatory, with CIP qualification preferred.
