Senior Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Leader to join our team on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial strategy, overseeing core teams across Financial Reporting, Payroll, and Compliance, and acting as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Finance Director on strategic financial planning
  • Lead, manage and develop finance teams
  • Provide financial insights to support business decisions
  • Oversee financial accounting and tax compliance
  • Deliver key finance projects and process improvements
About You:

We are looking for an ACA or ACCA qualified individual with 8+ years' post-qualification experience, who has demonstrated expertise in managing finance teams and working at a senior level. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, high IT proficiency, commercial awareness, collaborative communication skills, and strong leadership abilities.
