Job Title: Programme Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to lead our team on a major data centre project in Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market leader in the Data Centre industry and be part of a forward-thinking team delivering critical infrastructure in a high-growth sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical aspects of programme delivery and minimum 3+ years' experience in the Construction Industry working on large scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are understood and met throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively across internal and external teams, clearly articulating programme goals, updates, and challenges.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive programme strategies, leveraging engineering principles to drive performance and value.
  • Manage project reports and documentation, maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
  • Provide direction to programme teams, ensuring resource needs are met and deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Commercial and Senior Management teams to identify, escalate, and resolve any contracting or programme issues.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Relevant third-level qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of programme delivery methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint); strong reporting and presentation skills.
  • Highly organised with a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
